Service Content and Scope
04VPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and the use of international websites and applications. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The locations, route types, and client access points available at any given time are those shown in the user panel.
Network acceleration services provide connectivity only and do not represent any third-party website, application, content, or transaction. Third-party services may independently change regional policies, account rules, content scope, or access conditions. Users must also follow the rules of the relevant service providers. 04VPN may adjust available routes for maintenance, resource allocation, and security needs, without changing the traffic rules of an active plan.
Account and Subscription Rules
Set a username and password when creating an account; no email address is required. Users must securely store their login credentials, subscription links, and client import details, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, update the password or reset the relevant information promptly through the user panel.
A single account has no limit on the number of devices online at the same time and may be used on supported platform devices managed by the account holder. Unlimited devices does not mean public sharing is permitted: accounts, subscription links, and access credentials must not be disclosed to unrelated third parties, rented out, resold, split for sale, or packaged as another shared service. The relevant account is responsible for abnormal traffic, invalid credentials, or account action resulting from public distribution or resale.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before activation or an upgrade, users should verify the plan type, available traffic, and current remaining period.
Compliant Use Requirements
When using 04VPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and with the usage rules of the services they access. Users must not use the service for unlawful activities, infringe the legitimate rights of others, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, conduct malicious scanning, access systems without authorization, launch network attacks, engage in bulk abuse, or perform other actions that may affect routes or other users' normal access.
Users are responsible for determining whether relevant data, content, and actions are lawful for their purposes. 04VPN does not participate in content publishing, account management, payments, or transactions between users and third parties, nor does it claim rights to content users submit, download, or process themselves. Upon receiving a valid compliance request or identifying clear abuse, the service may take necessary restrictive measures.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, device status, target service policies, route maintenance, and changes in external networks. 04VPN performs route scheduling and necessary maintenance, but does not guarantee that any route, location, or third-party service will remain available at all times or in every network environment. When an unplanned outage occurs, the service will investigate, switch routes, or restore access according to actual conditions.
Users should keep their own important records and confirm the current connection status before work, transactions, or other critical actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 04VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device configurations, incorrect operation, exposed credentials, third-party service changes, or external network events beyond its control. Mandatory legal requirements will prevail where applicable.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, engage in unlawful use, maliciously consume route resources, interfere with service operation, or seriously violate these terms, 04VPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. To protect account and route security, temporary restrictions may also be applied to clearly abnormal access first, with follow-up options provided through the user panel.
Account termination does not affect responsibilities that arose before termination. After stopping use of the service, users must properly handle subscription information imported into clients and prevent credentials from remaining on devices they no longer manage. Users who dispute an account action may submit a ticket through the user panel with an explanation.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods; the refund route depends on the processing options available for the original order. After a refund is completed, the associated subscription benefits may end at the same time.
04VPN may update these terms in response to changes in service content, product processes, legal requirements, or security rules. Updates will be published on this page or in the user panel and will apply from their stated effective time. Continued use after an update means that the updated terms have been read and accepted. If users do not accept them, they may stop using the service and submit a request where the refund terms allow.
